What is a Virtual Workout?

Virtual workouts involve the use of technology while exercising. Basically, you can utilize various apps and websites, making you feel as though you're in a class with an instructor even though you're within the comfort of your own home.

Websites and apps make it possible to indulge in as much or as little exercise as you'd like, without any additional guilt or looming pressure! We'll get into some of the best virtual workouts below!

Why Try Virtual Workouts?

Finding the motivation to exercise can be super tough, especially if you don't have a gym membership or much exercise equipment at home. It's even harder when you have other time-consuming priorities like long workdays, at-home chores, watching the kids, taking care of pets, making time for loved ones, and still conserving whatever energy you have left for yourself! We feel you on this, so we'll be sharing ideas on how you can squeeze in workouts, either on your own, with family, or with some friends! These websites and apps should come in handy since you can indulge in as much or as little exercise as you'd like, without any additional guilt or looming pressure!
