To make sure you’re ready for your complimentary speed upgrade, start by checking your current Optimum modem.

• Locate your modem: Find the small box that connects your home to the Internet, typically centrally located in your home for best WiFi performance or where the coaxial or fiber optic cable enters your home.
• Compare your modem: Match it to the images or model numbers listed below to see if it’s eligible for replacement.
• Prepare for your swap: If you need a new modem, call 866.580.0478 or visit a retail store near you to exchange it for free.

• Visit a Retail Store – Stop by an Optimum Store near you to exchange your modem on the spot.

• A valid photo ID (matching your Optimum account name)
