Katherine Cortavarria, the owner of Manantial Cleaning Services, Inc., which provides reliable and professional service to customers in the Tri-state area, was driven to provide the highest quality commercial cleaning services after being a Site Manager of a large cleaning contractor company and observing that many cleaning crews were lacking in the amount of detail they put into their cleaning and service. After much effort and Cortavarria's determination and perseverance, Manantial continues to evolve and grow each year, providing more services that range from commercial janitorial to professional disinfection and from post-construction cleaning to floor stripping and waxing.

Mena’s enthusiasm for veganism, her love and appreciation for her Latin culture, and her fierce belief in the importance of empowering women make her an inspiring entrepreneur. The tradition around food in her family and culture led her to open her business. Mena explains, “Food means celebrations with my family. It’s a continuous memory of family time and/or love and warmth from my mother.
