Optimum Statement on Capital Structure Actions

November 25, 2025 – We are pleased to announce that we have taken proactive steps to ensure that Optimum’s capital structure supports our long-term operating goals. As the Company has been pursuing this work, a group of financial institutions has illegally colluded to block our access to the credit markets in violation of U.S. antitrust laws and New York State laws. Accordingly, today the Company filed an antitrust lawsuit against those financial institutions for conspiring to obstruct our efforts to manage our debt. These collective actions are intended to protect our legal rights and enhance our financial flexibility moving forward.
